1. Overview
AI Career Intelligence is a career-support product under the Technoworks Bots platform. It processes user-provided career information to provide CV analysis, ATS feedback, job matching, cover-letter support, reports and related outputs.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- uploaded CV files in PDF, DOCX or TXT format;
- text extracted from uploaded CVs;
- cover letters pasted into the app;
- job titles, country, city, region and search preferences;
- AI-generated CV analysis, scores, verdicts and target roles;
- AI-generated cover letters, improved CV drafts and reports;
- saved-job information stored in your session;
- unlock codes entered for Premium or Pro access;
- payment confirmation details you provide when requesting support;
- basic technical information such as browser, request and server logs.
3. CV Uploads and Extracted Text
When you upload a CV, the app extracts text from the file so it can provide recruiter-style feedback, ATS scoring, target-role suggestions and career intelligence outputs.
You should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. Remove details that are not needed for career analysis before uploading, where practical.
4. AI Processing
CV text, cover-letter text and related career inputs may be sent to AI services to generate analysis, suggestions, reports and document drafts.
AI outputs are generated to support your career planning and application preparation. You should review outputs before using them in real applications.
5. Job Search Inputs
When you search for jobs, the app may use your target role, manually entered job title, country and location preference to request job listings from third-party job-data services.
External job providers may process search terms according to their own systems, policies and technical rules.
6. Temporary Files and Session Data
Uploaded files, reports, generated documents and signature-cleaner outputs may be temporarily stored so the app can process content and support downloads.
The system is designed to clean old temporary files automatically, typically after about 24 hours. Timing may vary depending on system activity, service restarts and maintenance.
7. Unlock Codes and Plans
Unlock codes may be checked to activate Premium or Pro access in your session. The app may store your current access level in the session so unlocked features can be displayed.
8. Payments
Payments may be handled by PayPal or another third-party payment provider. AI Career Intelligence does not directly store full card details, full PayPal account credentials or banking passwords.
When you pay through PayPal or another provider, that provider may process your payment information according to its own privacy policy, terms and security practices.
9. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell uploaded CVs, extracted CV text, cover letters, generated reports, job search inputs or unlock-code information.
We do not guarantee job placement, recruiter responses or employer decisions. We do not use your documents to verify employment eligibility, identity or qualifications.
10. Support Requests
If you contact support, we may use the information you provide to investigate payment confirmation, unlock-code issues, upload errors, report downloads or product support requests.
Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when requesting support.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to operate the service securely. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive, confidential or highly personal material.
12. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services for AI processing, job search data, payment processing, hosting, email, analytics or technical operations. These services may process information under their own policies.
13. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you upload, paste, search for, generate, download and use. You should check all AI outputs before submitting them to employers, recruiters, institutions or online platforms.
