1. Purpose of the Tool
AI Career Intelligence is a career-support tool that helps users analyse CVs, assess ATS readiness, identify likely target roles, search for job matches, generate cover-letter drafts and download career reports.
The tool provides AI-assisted career guidance and productivity outputs. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, selection, promotion, visa approval, immigration outcomes, salary increases or acceptance by any employer, recruiter, platform or institution.
2. Relationship with Technoworks Bots
AI Career Intelligence is a product under the Technoworks Bots platform. These product-specific terms should be read together with the general Technoworks Bots platform terms.
If there is a conflict between the general platform terms and these product-specific terms, these product-specific terms apply to AI Career Intelligence only.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the CVs, cover letters, job details, personal information and documents you upload, paste or generate through the app.
You should only upload documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to process. You are responsible for checking all AI-generated outputs before using them in job applications, interviews, formal communication or professional submissions.
4. AI-Generated Outputs
AI Career Intelligence may generate CV feedback, ATS suggestions, recruiter verdicts, missing keywords, job-title suggestions, cover letters, improved CV drafts and reports using AI.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You should review, edit and verify all outputs before use.
5. No Employment or Recruitment Guarantee
AI Career Intelligence does not guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, employer acceptance, job availability, application success or career outcomes.
Job results, match scores and recruiter-style feedback are decision-support outputs only. They should not be treated as professional recruitment advice, legal advice or a promise of employment success.
6. Job Search and Third-Party Listings
The app may display job listings from third-party job data providers or external websites. Job availability, descriptions, closing dates, salaries, locations and application links may change without notice.
You should verify every job listing directly on the employer or job-board website before applying. Technoworks Pty Ltd is not responsible for third-party job listings, external websites, recruitment decisions or application outcomes.
7. Plans, Unlock Codes and Payment
AI Career Intelligence may offer Free, Premium and Pro access levels. Premium or Pro access may require PayPal payment and a valid unlock code.
Unlock codes may be checked to activate Premium or Pro access. Features available under each plan may change as the product is improved, maintained or restructured.
8. Downloads and Reports
Premium and Pro users may download reports, ATS checklists, generated cover letters or improved CV drafts. These downloads are provided as productivity outputs and should be reviewed carefully before submission.
You are responsible for ensuring that generated documents remain truthful, accurate and appropriate for the role, employer and application process.
9. Pro Signature Cleaner
If available, the Pro signature cleaner is a basic image utility for creating a transparent PNG from a simple signature image. It is not an identity-verification service, electronic-signature platform or legal signing service.
You must only upload signatures you own or are authorised to use.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use AI Career Intelligence to create fraudulent applications, impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications, fabricate work history, falsify credentials, scrape job platforms unlawfully, upload documents without authority or submit misleading documents.
We may restrict support, access or service use where misuse is suspected.
11. Service Availability
We may improve, update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of AI Career Intelligence at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technoworks Pty Ltd is not liable for employment decisions, missed opportunities, rejected applications, inaccurate third-party job listings, user-edited outputs, misuse of generated content, payment-provider issues or decisions made based on use of the tool.
