1. Digital Product Nature
AI Career Intelligence provides digital outputs, including CV analysis, ATS feedback, job-match support, generated cover letters, improved CV drafts, PDF reports, ATS checklists and related career-support downloads.
Digital outputs can be generated, viewed or downloaded shortly after unlock. For this reason, paid unlocks are generally treated as final once Premium or Pro access has been activated or digital outputs have been generated.
2. Free Preview Before Unlock
The app provides a free tier so users can see basic CV analysis before deciding whether to unlock Premium or Pro features.
Users should review the free outputs, feature descriptions and pricing information before making payment.
3. Premium and Pro Unlocks
Premium or Pro access may require PayPal payment and an unlock code. Unlock codes activate paid features in the app session.
Access levels may include additional job matches, match scoring, reports, ATS checklist downloads, cover-letter generation, improved CV generation and Pro-only tools, depending on the plan.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
A refund review may be considered where:
- payment was made but Premium or Pro access could not be activated due to a verified technical issue;
- duplicate payment was made accidentally;
- the unlock code failed and support could not reasonably resolve the issue;
- the wrong amount was charged due to a payment or pricing error;
- the payment provider confirms a valid payment problem.
5. When Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available where:
- Premium or Pro access was successfully activated;
- reports, generated cover letters, improved CV drafts or other digital outputs were generated or downloaded;
- the user changes their mind after payment or unlock;
- the user expected a guaranteed job, interview or recruiter response;
- output quality depends on weak, incomplete, outdated or poorly structured CV content provided by the user;
- the user misuses the tool or breaches the Terms of Use;
- the purchase was made through a third-party service whose own refund rules apply.
6. Support Before Refund
Where possible, we may first try to help you activate access, confirm payment, resolve unlock-code issues, regenerate outputs or download reports before considering a refund.
If the issue relates to CV quality or missing information, we may suggest uploading a clearer or more complete CV.
7. Payment Provider Processing
Refunds, reversals or payment investigations may depend on the rules and processing timelines of PayPal or another third-party payment provider.
AI Career Intelligence does not control all payment-provider timelines, account checks, transaction holds or reversal decisions.
8. How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review, contact support and include:
- product name;
- selected plan, such as Premium or Pro;
- payment date;
- payment reference or transaction ID;
- email used for payment;
- a short explanation of the issue;
- screenshots where useful.

9. No Automatic Refund Guarantee
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refunds are reviewed based on the payment record, access status, generated-output status, support history and the reason for the request.
